You can cancel the order only if the product has not been shipped yet. To do so, you’ll have to visit the My Account >> My Orders section on the website.

Its very easy to create a return request go onto My Account, select orders & create a return request  for the respective good(s).

The order status is updated automatically in My Account >> My Orders section on the website. You can login to http://www.ishopsolution.com to check the status anytime or you can reach us on sales@ishopsolution.com if you have any specific queries regarding your order.

All orders are delivered within 3-4 working days. If, for some reason, we cannot deliver an order within the stipulated time, we’ll let you know before-hand. There is no same-day shipping or 1-day shipping options available, unfortunately, although occassionally you may find the orders being delivered within 1-2 days depending on the proximity from the store.

All refunds usually takes around 5 to 7 business days and depends on the bank and the payment mode used to make the payment. The refund would be made via the same channel used to make the payment.

COD option is currently unavailable in some areas.

You can choose to pay using a multitude of payment options including Debit Card, Credit card, NetBanking, Wallet, UPI etc.

The EMI options are being provided by the respective banks / credit card providers, in partnership with the payment gateway. You can choose any of the options listed based on your bank / credit card provider.
